Glitter Play Dough

1 c. flour
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. water
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
Food coloring
Glitter
Mix all ingredients (except glitter) in a saucepan and heat, stirring constantly, until mixture forms a ball. Remove play dough from pan. Add glitter and knead until smooth. Can be stored in a tightly sealed container at room temperature for several weeks.
