Rutgers Aaup Agreement

An appeal must be filed in writing with the Office of University Labour Relations within four (4) months of the date on which the respondent should reasonably have been aware of the alleged infringement or within twenty (twenty) working days of the occurrence of the alleged offence, where the respondent requests an expedited schedule. The written statement of appeal must identify the allegations made in the complaint as Category 1 or 2; include a statement of the facts of the complaint; indicate the provisions or provisions of the agreement, directives, agreements or administrative decisions that have allegedly been violated, misplaced or misinterpreted; and indicate the remedy requested. .
